«Dominick Truscello told me of an individual named Danny Pagano, who is a Genovese Family associate. Danny Pagano exercises influence over Local 59 for the Genovese Family. Danny Pagano also represents the interests of HRH Construction, a company that is "with" the Genovese Family. The Luchese Family dealt with Danny Pagano concerning business with Local 59 and HRH Construction».
No dia 17 de Outubro de 1994 Salvatore Gravano outro mafioso «arrependido» presta o seguinte testemunho:
«I know an individual named Danny Pagano, a Genovese associate, who is a powerful force in the construction industry and represents the Genovese Family's interests in Local 59. In the mid-to-late 1980's, I met Pagano in the lobby of either the World Trade Center or the Vista Hotel. Pagano also has strong ties to Local 104, another Local that the Genovese Family exerts influence over, and HRH Construction, a company that the Genovese Family exerts influence over.»

Em 1925 duas familias de construtores(a Horowitz e a Ravitch ) decidem fazer um fusão das suas duas empresas e criar a HRH Construction Corporations. Em 1995 era o setimo empreiteiro da região de Nova York com um volume de negocios nesta cidade de 452 milhões de dolares.
O presidente da empresa foi durante muitos anos Richard Ravitch.
Richard Ravitch nasceu em 1933 ,formou-se em Yale, entre 1960 e 1977 foi Presidente da HRH, em 1966 foi nomeado pelo Presidente dos Estados Unidos Lindon Jonhson membro da United States Commission on Urban Problems, em 1975 foi nomeado pelo governador do Estado de Nova York presidente do New York State Urban Development Corporation, entre 1979e 1983 foi Presidente da Metropolitan Transportation Authority of the State of New Yok. Banqueiro é o principal dono e Presidente do Bowery Savings Bank. Em 1989 candidatou-se a Presidente da camara de Nova York , mas perdeu.É membro do Council of Foreign Relations e foi considerado pela Time em 1974 uma das «Faces for the future»
